Terms of Service

The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you connect with the life of Evangelical Restoration Church. You agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt its operation.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Please provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at info@ercfamily.ca.

Donations are voluntary gifts to ERC, a registered Canadian charity. Card payments are processed by Stripe and e-transfers by Interac. Recurring gifts continue on the schedule you choose until you cancel them in the app. Charitable tax receipts are issued in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency rules. If a gift was made in error, contact info@ercfamily.ca.

Prayer and community posts must be respectful. We may moderate or remove content that is inappropriate or harmful. Pastoral requests are handled confidentially by the staff assigned to them.

Church content — including sermons, media, and graphics — is owned by ERC and provided for your personal use. Please do not redistribute it commercially without permission.

The Platform is provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate and the service available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and are not liable for losses arising from its use to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada.
